Grand Floridian – 360 points – 2026 Allocation that can be transferred into your Disney Vacation Club membership. They can be used between 10/1/26 and 10/1/27, or they can be banked by 5/31/27. If banked, the points will need to be used between 10/1/27 and 10/1/28. If you are interested, you must take all 360 points. The price for these points is $20 per point or $7,200.
The Grand Floridian Villas are among the most coveted DVC resales on the market. It's prime location on the monorail, coupled with its elegant Victorian charm and exquisitely appointed furnishings are only some of the reasons why. Opened in 2013, the 147 rooms at the Grand Floridian Villas are comprised of deluxe studios, one and two bedroom units, as well as opulent 3 bedroom Grand Villas.

These villas also include a full kitchen and a split bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and two sink areas. Additional amenities are a private porch or balcony, and a washing machine and dryer.
