Saratoga Springs – 219 points – 2026 Allocation points that can be transferred into your Disney Vacation Club membership. The points can be used between 6/1/26 and 6/1/27 or the 219 points can be banked by 1/31/27. If banked, the points will need to be used between 6/1/27 and 6/1/28. If you are interested, you must take all 219 points. The price for these points is $20 per point or $4,380.
With more than 1300 units, Disney's Saratoga Springs resort is the largest of the Disney Vacation Club properties. Opened in 2004, the resorts theme evokes an upstate New York retreat at the turn of the 20th century. Due its size, this resort is a bit easier to book on short notice, and those who are not able to plan their vacations 11 month in advance find Saratoga Springs to be the perfect home resort.

Head up the water tower to glide down the 146-foot-long waterslide and splash down into the horseshoe-shaped Paddock Pool. This main pool features a zero-depth entry point and a children’s aqua play area, complete with two children’s pool slides.
Guests can also enjoy High Rock Spring Pool featuring cascading waterfalls and a 128-foot-long waterslide through the rocks, along with two whirlpool spas.
Three additional leisure pools are located throughout Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa near the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park, and The Grandstand sections of the property. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort also includes a 24-hour fitness center that is available to guests of the resort.

The Deluxe Studio accommodations at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will sleep up to four adults and feature one queen-size bed, one double-size sleeper sofa, a small kitchenette, full bathroom, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villas at Saratoga Springs also sleep up to four adults and feature one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa. Other amenities include a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, a full bathroom including a whirlpool tub, and a private porch or balcony.

The Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas at Saratoga Springs feature one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa. Each villa sleeps up to eight adults. While a ninth guest can be accommodated, no additional bedding, linens, or towels will be provided. These villas also have a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Alternatively, Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas are also available, which consist of a Deluxe Studio and a One-Bedroom Villa. Similar to the Dedicated Two-Bedroom, these rooms sleep up to eight adults, but accommodate a ninth guest. Rooms feature one king-size bed, one queen-size bed in a separate bedroom, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one double-size sleeper sofa. A full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony are also included.

Treehouse Villas are a unique type of accommodation offered only at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Similar to cabins, these private three-bedroom villas sleep up to nine guests and feature two queen-size beds, one bunk bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one sleeper chair. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a large private deck.
