We’ll guide you through the current DVC resale market to go over a personalized pricing strategy, Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) policy, and the closing timeline once we have secured a buyer for your property.
We are always available to answer any questions about selling your Disney Vacation Club membership, and you may call our office at 1-800-550-6493 Mon-Fri from 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm.
One of our DVC experts will be in contact with you before your property is listed to assist you with DVC resale pricing as well as answering any questions regarding listing your property for sale. Please make sure all owners are listed below. For each resort selected, all owners listed will receive one contract per resort for signing.
We will also need a Points Statement from Disney.

Upload / Email PDFs
- Log in at dvcmember.com → My DVC › My Dashboard.
- Save the page as PDF (Ctrl/Cmd-P → “Save as PDF”).
- Email to sales@dvcstore.com & admin@dvcstore.com.
Transactions per contract
- My Profile → My Vacation Points › View Transactions.
- Select the contract under Details for, choose Use Year 2025, click Update, expand View more to the end.
- Save as PDF (repeat for 2026 & 2027) and email to sales@dvcstore.com & admin@dvcstore.com.
