“The service was ’full’ from beginning to end. The person who worked with me from my first call was with me until closing; there was no “passing me off” to some other person/department. And I was always in the loop; there were no long periods of silence. I was always informed of the progress. It felt private and personal. And this was not our first rodeo, so I am aware of other companies in this arena. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my family’s needs in the future.”
