Old Key West Rooms

Disney’s Old Key West Resort features five types of accommodations: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Lock Lock-Off Villas, and Three-Bedroom Grand Villas.

Overall, these rooms represent some of the largest rooms available at any Disney Vacation Club Resort.

Although no specific view selections exist, members do have the option of selecting a place closer to the resort’s central Hospitality House, providing quicker access to the other amenities available at Old Key West.


Deluxe Studio

Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Old Key West Resort can accommodate up to four adults. Each room features two queen-size beds, one full bathroom, a small kitchenette area, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa

One-Bedroom Villas at Old Key West represent the largest villas of this type on Walt Disney World property. These accommodations sleep up to five adults and include one king-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one sleeper chair. Rooms also include a full kitchen and a split bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and two sink areas. Additional amenities are a private porch or balcony, and a washing machine and dryer.

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas at Old Key West sleep up to nine adults and feature one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one sleeper chair. Each villa includes a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa

Alternatively, Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas are also available, which are a combination of a Deluxe Studio and a One-Bedroom Villa. These rooms also sleep up to nine adults and feature one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one sleeper chair. A full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washing machine and dryer are also included, as well as a private porch or balcony.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa

The Three-Bedroom Grand Villas at Disney’s Old Key West are the most spacious rooms you will find at the resort. Each villa sleeps up to twelve adults and features a master bedroom with one king-size bed, two additional bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds, and the other two double-size beds and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A full kitchen, three full bathrooms, one-half bathroom, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony round out this two-story villa.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort starts as low as 10 points per night for Deluxe Studio accommodations, making it among the most affordable villas per night across Walt Disney World. One and Two-Bedroom Villas are also very reasonably priced, starting from 21 and 29 points per night during certain seasons. Three-Bedroom Grand Villas also rank as the most affordable across property, beginning at 47 vacation points per night.

  • Deluxe Studio: 97 vacation points
  • One-Bedroom Villa: 200 vacation points
  • Two-Bedroom Villa: 269 vacation points
  • Three-Bedroom Grand Villa: 428 vacation points

Annual Dues History

2024 Disney’s Old Key West Resort Annual Dues: $9.87 per point

Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.


Dining and Restaurants

Quick-Service:

Good’s Food to Go: Looking for a quick bite to eat on your way to the parks? Good’s Food to Go offers grab-and-go snacks, as well as a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Outdoor seating is available.   

Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks: Open seasonally, this poolside bar serves pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, salads, and sweet treats. Guests can also choose from a mixture of beverage options, including smoothies, soft drinks, and various alcoholic options. 


Casual Dining:

Olivia’s Cafe: Hearty, home-style American cuisine influenced by the Florida Keys in a nautical setting. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, including traditional favorites and house specialties such as the Sombrero Beach Omelet.


In-Room Dining:

In-room dining options are also available to guests from 5 pm to midnight Menus within your DVC Villa will showcase the wide variety of American favorites and specialty items available at your resort.


Lounges:

Gurgling Suitcase Libations & Spirits:  Key West-themed lounge featuring a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. A small selection of menu items are also available for lunch and dinner. 


Shopping

Conch Flats General Store: Open 7 am – 11 pm, this convenience store offers a wide selection of groceries, snacks, sundries, beverages, and hotel merchandise. Disney Vacation Club Members should also be on the lookout for new and unique member merchandise offerings.


Pools and Amenities

Old Key West’s signature Sandcastle Pool is located near the Hospitality House and features a 125-foot-long water slide through a giant sandcastle. Guests can also relax in a whirlpool spa, or enjoy dry sauna located inside the pool deck’s lighthouse. A kids pool and playground are also found nearby.

For a more leisurely experience, Old Turtle Pond, Millers Road, and South Point, each provide quieter pool areas with whirlpool spas.

Bus transportation is available to all Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, and Disney Springs Water taxis are also available to transport guests Disney Springs and are located behind the Hospitality House.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort opened in December of 1991 and has a DVC contract end date of January 31st, 2042. Certain Old Key West Resort contracts have been extended through January 31st, 2057.
