Find the Perfect Fit for Your Family
Just enter your travel dates, and the calculator will display the point cost for each room type — from Deluxe Studios to 3-Bedroom Grand Villas — at every Disney Vacation Club resort.
The calculator will also show you the occupancy for each villa so you can be sure you’re looking for the right size accommodation to comfortably fit the whole family. To see the Occupancy, click the tab that says “Occupancy” (next to Points & Cost) to determine how many people can sleep in the room/villa.
Some DVC Resorts have larger villas than others. For example, some studios will sleep up to four people, while others can sleep up to five. The calculator will help ensure you have enough room for everyone in your party when planning your next trip. Whether traveling as a couple or with the whole family, you’ll know which room sizes will work best.

Our DVC rental rate is based on a $20 per point cost, which our calculator will give you an estimate for every DVC Resort, in all size accommodations, and for as many nights as you request. So the tool will quickly calculate what a DVC rental would cost using our firm.
