Riviera Resort Rooms

Disney’s Riviera Resort features six types of accommodations: Tower Studios, Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas, and Three-Bedroom Grand Villas.

In addition to these room options, guests can also choose from a standard view overlooking the parking lot area or a preferred view overlooking the resorts garden, pool, and nearby lake.


Tower Studio

Exclusive to Disney’s Riviera Resort, Tower Studio accommodations provide a cozy and affordable way for parties of one or two adults to vacation at Walt Disney World. These rooms feature one queen-size pull-down bed, a small kitchenette, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private porch or balcony.

Size: 255 square feet


Deluxe Studio

Deluxe Studios feature one queen-size bed, a queen-size pull-down bed, and one single-size pull-down trundle bed. Each studio sleeps up to five adults and also includes a small kitchenette, a split bathroom with shower/tub combination on one side, and walk-in shower on the other and a private porch or balcony.

Size: 423 square feet


One-Bedroom Villa

The One-Bedroom Villas at Disney’s Riviera Resort also sleep up to five adults while providing more space and privacy. Each villa includes one king-size bed, one queen-size pull-down bed, and one single-size pull-down trundle bed. Additional amenities are a full kitchen, stacked washing machine and dryer, a full bathroom including a bubble jet tub, and a private porch or balcony.

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa

The Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas at Disney’s Riviera Resort sleep up to nine adults and feature one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, one queen-size pull-down bed, and one single-size pull-down trundle bed. Each room also comes with a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, two full bathrooms, and a private porch or balcony.

Size: 1,246 square feet

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa

Alternatively, Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas are also available, which sleep up to ten adults and consist of a Deluxe Studio and a One-Bedroom Villa. These rooms feature one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, two queen-size pull-down beds, and two single-size pull-down trundle beds. A full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, two full bathrooms, and a private porch or balcony are also included.

Size: 1,246 square feet

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa

Three-Bedroom Grand Villas represent the largest room category at Disney’s Riviera Resort. Each villa can sleep up to twelve guests and features a master bedroom with one king-size bed, two additional bedrooms with two queen-size beds each, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This grand villa also offers a full kitchen and three full bathrooms. Additional amenities include a large private balcony and a washing machine and dryer.

Vacation Points

Vacation Points for Disney’s Riviera Resort start at 11 points per night for Tower Studio accommodations, which represents one of lowest per night costs at any Walt Disney World DVC Resort.

Additionally, Deluxe Studios start at 16 points per night, and One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Villas have a starting range of 31-40 points per night. Riviera’s premier Three-Bedroom Grand Villas begin at 104 points per night.

Average Weekly Cost (7-Nights):

  • Tower Studio: Deluxe Studio: 132 vacation points
  • Deluxe Studio: 160 vacation points
  • One-Bedroom Villa: 321 vacation points
  • Two-Bedroom Villa: 410 vacation points
  • Three-Bedroom Grand Villa: 1,030 vacation points

Annual Dues

2024 Disney’s Riviera Resort Annual Dues: $8.85 per point

Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.


Dining and Restaurants

Quick-Service:

Primo Piatto: A variety of casual quick-service meals and grab-and-go snacks are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this trattoria.

Le Petit Cafe: Enjoy coffee by day and wine by night at this relaxing patisserie. Guests can also choose from a variety of sweet and savory small plates available.

Bar Riva: Open-air poolside bar offering European and Mediterranean inspired cuisine, as well as creative cocktails.


Table Service:

Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera: Begin your day with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck with a delightful character breakfast inspired by the Riviera. For dinner, Topolino’s transforms into a signature rooftop dining experience inspired by European Cliffside restaurants. Enjoy authentic flavors of France and Italy with an amazing view of the surrounding area, including Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.


Lounges:

The Voyageurs’ Lounge: Relax and enjoy a drink or small bite as you browse the historical decor of this lounge inspired by Walt’s book collection and European travel.


Pools and Amenities

At the Riviera Pool, guests of all ages are invited to swim, splash, play, and more. This area features a large selection of lounge chairs, colorful umbrellas, and a stone turret water slide. Younger guests can also enjoy the nearby S’il Vous Plan interactive water play area to cool off after a long day at the parks.  

For a more private and relaxing experience, Riviera also offers the Beau Soleil leisure pool. This area is surrounded by lush greenery and is inspired by the European coastline.  

Guest at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas can also take advantage of the following amenities: 

  • Athlétique Fitness Center
  • Walking and Jogging Path
  • Activity Lawn with lawn chess, bocce ball, and fire pit.

Transportation

Guests of Disney’s Riviera Resort can take advantage of the newest transportation offering at Walt Disney World, the Disney Skyliner. Take to the skies as you travel to Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or a variety of other Resort hotels. Disney Resort buses are available, shuttling guests to all four Disney theme parks, Disney Springs, and the Disney water parks.

Disney’s Riviera Resort opened in December of 2019 and has a DVC contract end date of January 31st, 2070.
