They are 200 points at Grand Floridian and 39 points at Polynesian (for a total of 239 pts). They can be used between NOW and 2/1/23 or they can be banked by 9/30/22. If banked the points will need to be used between 2/1/23 and 2/1/24. If you are interested you must take all 239 points. The price for these points is $20 per point or $4,780. Transfer points cannot be borrowed.
