Twas the Night Before Disney

Twas the night before disney, as I sit here on my couch. Nothing is quiet, I need to get to the mouse!

Ok, but seriously, how does one even contain their excitement at a time like this!? Sleep seems almost impossible. YouTube videos are endless. Sure, this may be our 20th Walt Disney World vacation but it is as exciting as the first! This is one of the main reasons I love being a DVC member. I surely never experienced this type of excitement for a random beach vacation. Disney excitment is a whole new level. My inner child is ready to burst out!

I have a bad habit of changing plans I’ve had set for months on a night like this. I think it’s safe to say I’ve made and canceled about 11 dining reservations within the past hour.

I’m looking forward to a split stay – 2 nights at the Polynesian followed by 2 nights at Coronado Springs (availability was scarce due to Moonlight Magic). So of course I already watched Coco and Moana today.

My brain has been on vacation for a while now. I packed 8 days ago! I’ve already quadruple checked that I have everything I may possibly need. My legs are shaved, my hair is dyed, eyebrows done, nails done. Tell me – What is a girl supposed to do at a time like this?!

So, the wait continues as I count down the hours. Hopefully father time speeds up the next few hours and then slows the time down as soon as I hit the sweet Florida sun! Fingers crossed I can get some sleep!
